#PathBoards studying fatigue?
Take a walk, find a nice view. Breathe. Enjoy life for a moment and share it with others before going back to study mode.#yAdvice pic.twitter.com/cByYZajPEs

#yAdvice for optimal test-prep mentality:
– Celebrate when you get a practice question right 🎉
– Feel grateful for the opportunity to learn something new when you get a question wrong 🌻It's win-win when you frame it that way!

You can't get any richer than by being happy with what you already have.#yAdvice

Believe in yourself and connect yourself with mentors who will meet you where you are and help pull you UP.
And avoid people who belittle you because you aren't where they think you should be. If they don't see your potential, it's their loss.#yAdvicehttps://t.co/CLiAuPlqx5

#yAdvice for new residents who want to start doing #Pathology research:
1) Identify attendings who publish
2) Offer to "help" them do a project ("help" is code for "teach me how to do research and I will try to do my part to make it worth your time investment in me")
3) Repeat ♻️ https://t.co/Eb6vhg7B8Z— Youssef Farhat, MD/PhD (@yMDPhD) April 7, 2021
#yAdvice to junior #PathResidents feeling overwhelmed in slide/teaching sessions where you feel like you don't know anything:
Be grateful for them. They are pushing you to learn new things and exposing your knowledge gaps.
Embrace every opportunity to "not know" and grow 🌱
